For electronics that need prep before delivery, we can complete firmware flashing, updates, or device configuration to your specifications before shipping. Depending on complexity, orders received by 1pm can ship the same day, reducing delays between setup and delivery.
Every DTC and marketplace order goes through QC to confirm the correct items and quantities, check for visible damage, and verify ship-to details. Orders are photographed during QC to reduce disputes and support any questions about condition or accuracy.

Forward logistics focuses on getting products to the customer, while reverse logistics handles products moving back from the customer. Orders received by 2pm local time at the applicable Green Wave Electronics Distribution Center ship the same day on regular business days. Orders received after the cutoff time, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day.
All direct-to-consumer and marketplace orders are QC’d for visible damage, correct items and quantities, and ship-to address. These orders are photographed at the time of QC inspection to support any dispute about quality or accuracy.
Yes. Inbound, outbound, and cycle counting transactions are recorded in real time on the Green Wave Electronics Portal and can be transmitted to your WMS or ERP system. We also support system routing for orders and notifications, including automated email, text, and API-driven updates.
