Our data center logistics services cover everything up to the point hardware ships: intake, storage, preparation, and release on schedule.
Our electronics-only warehousing and distribution service handles inbound receipt, with material palletized on arrival where it comes in loose. Servers, storage arrays, switches, and other data center equipment are then held in climate-controlled, ESD-protected facilities until called for.
Hardware ships by the rack, the pallet, or the single unit, with orders placed by 2pm local time shipping the same business day. Forward stocking at our Atlanta, Indianapolis, and Reno hubs keeps critical spares within a short run of the sites that depend on them.
Every asset that leaves the floor is still yours until someone proves otherwise. That proof is what we hand back.
Where data has to be secured before the hardware moves, our team can perform white-glove de-installation, on-site packaging, and on-site data destruction on a project basis, with certificates issued on the spot.

Full and partial racks, loose drives, and mixed hardware are counted, serialized, and recorded against your asset list, with condition documented at receipt and inspection completed within a week. Anything that arrives unlisted is flagged back to you, not absorbed.
Every data-bearing device is processed under a documented chain of custody, with a Certificate of Destruction issued for every asset. The audit trail exists as paperwork rather than assurance, which is what matters when the question comes up years later.
Where equipment is heading for resale rather than the shredder, condition has to be established before anyone can price it. Our expert testing and inspection services cover Level 0, inspection and repack, and Level 1, full testing before units move on. You get a condition report, not an estimate.
Failed drives, PSUs, line cards, and chassis are diagnosed, repaired, and re-tested before release. Refurbishment puts them back into your own infrastructure instead of your procurement budget, including systems past vendor support where component salvage is often the only route to a spare.
Decommissioned servers, storage, and networking hardware with life left in them are remarketed rather than scrapped at the end of a lease. Equipment pulled from one site can be redistributed to another instead of written off, so the value stays inside your own business.
Hardware with no remaining use goes to certified electronics recycling within our IT asset disposition programs. Proper Recycling and Asset Disposition reporting is issued for every consignment, and downstream handling is tracked through to final outcome, not just to the gate.
