The Potter Electric Signal VSA-2K Vault Sound Alarm System is a comprehensive security solution designed for the primary protection of reverberant and non-reverberant vaults, such as bank and mercantile vaults. The kit includes a VSA-1 Controller/Microphone, a VSM microphone, and an RTA remote test annunciator. The system can be expanded by adding up to eight additional VSM microphones. The VSA-1 system features a microprocessor-driven DC differential balance control, which adjusts the impedance of the microphone circuits to balance with the internal impedance of the differential circuit. The system will alarm through its SPDT alarm relay contacts if the microphone circuit impedance increases or decreases.
