The Middle Atlantic VFD‑46 Vented Front Door is a premium front-door accessory designed for 46-rack-unit (46 RU) cabinets from the SR series, offering a blend of airflow performance, equipment visibility and secure access. Its steel construction delivers durability and stability while the 25 % open-area perforations facilitate ventilation to help dissipate heat generated by housed equipment. Beveled corners contribute a refined appearance while the black textured powder-coat finish provides a professional aesthetic and resistance to wear. The door supports right or left hinge mounting for flexible installation orientation and includes a key-lock for authorized access, guarding against unauthorized intrusion. It is ideally suited for professional AV, data-centre or networking rack installations where both cooling and security matter.
