The Honeywell Intellisense CK‑DT7235T (DT‑7235T) Dual-Technology Motion Occupancy Sensor combines passive infrared (PIR) and K‑Band microwave technologies for highly accurate intrusion detection while filtering out false alarms from pets (up to 100 lb), ceiling fans, or light sources. With its uniform sensitivity optics and patented "black bug guard," it ensures consistent detection throughout a 35' × 40' coverage area and resists interference from white light up to 6,500 lux. The sensor includes automatic microwave threshold adjustment, microwave supervision circuitry, RF and ESD protection, and a tamper switch. Installation is quick and adjustment-free—mount at 7'6", walk-test, and it's ready. Housed in a robust enclosure, it’s rated for -10 °C to 55 °C and operates from 7.5–16 V DC drawing just 25 mA active/0.4 W, making it efficient and reliable for home and commercial security systems.
