The Altronix T2MK78 is a comprehensive 8‑door access and power integration kit, meticulously engineered to streamline access control deployments. Centered around a robust Trove2 enclosure and TM2 backplane, it supports Mercury controller boards for up to eight doors. Power is supplied by the AL1024ULXB2 power supply/charger, delivering up to 24 VDC at 10 A continuous, backed by overvoltage protection, LED indicators, and Form “C” alarm supervision contacts. The kit also includes a VR6 voltage regulator that converts 24 VDC to 12 VDC as needed, and an ACM8 access power controller with eight independently fused relay‑driven power outputs for locks and peripherals. In addition, the PDS8 dual-input power distribution module allows selectable power from 12 V or 24 V sources per channel, reducing down‑time during servicing and supporting battery backup. The Trove2 enclosure features factory-installed wire‑management, simplifying installation and reducing labor. Up to four 12 VDC/12 AH backup batteries can be housed inside.
