The Altronix ACM8E is a versatile power conversion solution, transforming a single 12 to 24-volt AC or DC input into eight independently controlled fuse-protected outputs. Engineered to meet diverse access control needs, these outputs can be converted to dry form "C" contacts, activated by triggers from various sources like card readers, keypads, or PIR sensors. The unit efficiently powers access control hardware, including mag locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders. Offering flexibility, it operates in Fail-Safe and/or Fail-Secure modes. The ACM8E accommodates a single power source for both board operation and locking devices or two independent sources.
