The Genovation 904‑RJ MiniTerm Keypad is a compact, fully‑programmable LCD mini‑terminal designed to integrate seamlessly with PCs, automation systems, industrial controllers, access control units, and POS devices. It features a sealed membrane layout with 12 keys rated for 20 million life‑cycles and a back‑lit 1 × 16 super‑twist LCD display for status and feedback. Connectivity is versatile, supporting USB (virtual serial or HID), RS‑232C (full‑duplex), and even optional Ethernet or Wi‑Fi modules. The keypad’s firmware supports simple or complex macro sequences, letting users re‑map keys, set custom baud rates, define key rollover behaviour, and embed scripts. Included software (MacroMaster) simplifies configuration and flash memory stores settings for long‑term retention (>100 years).
